Alisher Akhmetov: Please confirm if you can see my screen. Maria Thernström: Yes, Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. Maria Thernström: perfectly. Alisher Akhmetov: Uh so I'm um really happy to talk about it now. Um so what I want to show you is something new that we've developed within our team at Dtopian. It's called queryless AI. So the idea behind this is very simple. Um instead of searching and filtering and downloading data so you users just ask questions and get answers and um so this is something built by our team at the top. So it's not just a generic AI layer but uh something designed specifically for uh data portals. The goal is to help users actually extract value from the data that that's already there in your portals and uh how it works in practice. Yeah. So it can be built into your portal UI and look like a chat box uh in the Malmo portal or it can be in your WhatsApp or in Telegram. So basically um you just connect your existing data sources, APIs, files of your portal, your even your portal and then users can just ask questions in plain English.
00:13:20
Alisher Akhmetov: Although it's multilingual support can also be integrated and uh for example yeah uh so they they can ask questions like what is the trend over time or compare these regions or show me a breakdown of something and what the system does uh in return. So it finds the relevant data sets uh runs the queries and returns with answers charts and even full reports. So essentially your portal becomes more like a uh data assistant and uh of course uh one of the first questions and one of the most important questions is security itself. So this port this is built to work only with your data sources. So answers are grounded in your data and uh not external information. So, so this AI is not linked somehow with external information and it only withdraws elicits the data that's in your portal already. So, uh as a portal managers, owners, you've keep the full governance over you know you full control over governance, privacy and what data is actually being used. And uh another important point is its flexibility. So you're not locked into a specific AI provider.
00:14:36
Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Like Jet GPT or CL or anything else. So you can actually use models that are already approved on your site. So it fits into your existing setup. And uh from a cost perspective, it's also quite controlled. Uh you can manage usage and scale it based on your needs. So there are no surprises. And uh uh speaking of the strategic advantages for portal administrators and owners uh I would I would say that honestly the most interesting part is not the technology itself. It's what this enables for you as a portal owner. Uh right now it's quite hard to prove any impact. So you mostly see downloads but not what people actually do with the data. Yeah. So with queryless AI you start seeing first what questions users ask and secondly what insights they generate from the answers. So instead of downloads you get real outcomes which is much easier to communicate to your stakeholders and uh it also helps with digital transformation goals. It's a very fast way to say to your um shareholder shareholders our portal is AI powered and user friendly without launching a big internal project on this you know big separate project on this and uh another challenge we often see is low usage.
00:16:04
Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. So sometimes portals they risk becoming underused because of they are too complex. Uh this removes that barrier. Our AI tool removes it barrier. Users just ask questions and get answers even if they're not technical. So you know it does not require anyhow any technical competence in order to use the data and uh speaking of operational benefits and internally it can actually reduce the workload. Yeah. On on your side because users don't need to ask for much support finding or understanding data. Um sometimes when users cannot find anything they might uh you know approach to the uh support and the system and the support manager they have to spend time help them uh find something and with AI that problem is completely going to be removed and um yeah so and speaking about the you know this user queryless AI's um benefits for the portal visitors for the users Actually from a broader perspective we can say that um this is really a shift in how people interact with the data itself from searching and downloading to asking and discovering actually.
00:17:26
Alisher Akhmetov: So your portal really becomes more like a living assistant not just a you know static library uh or a how do I storage or warehouse or the data sets. Um yeah and the continuing discussions about uh why why is it important for uh end users. So we can say that it also removes a big bottleneck which is analysis itself. Uh users don't need to download the data and extract it and take use some external tools to analyze it anymore because they all they can do it all in the same portal. So they can generate charts, they can explore data, they can get some explanations from AI tool all in one place just asking questions. Yeah. And uh just summarizing this uh this is all about moving from data portal being as a storage to data portal becoming an assistant for a end user and uh making it easier for people to actually you know get value from the data. So we actually see that end users can much benefit from the AI tool being embedded into your portal and uh yeah as the next part of it.
00:18:37
Alisher Akhmetov: So uh instead of going deep into the slides I would like to pass the floor and microphone to my dearest colleague Joa Dominic who joined us today in the call and uh Jo would you please be uh you know uh able to do some quick demo of the João Demenech: Yeah, sure. Uh, Alisher Akhmetov: portal. João Demenech: so I'm going to show a demo portal in which we have um Querless integrated. Let me share my screen. Yeah, I think you can see my screen now, right? Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, we can see it. H João Demenech: Okay. Yeah. So uh in this portal we have a few data sets here as you can see and yeah we can access the AI both with this floating action button or in the hero section because we think this might be a better call to action uh than like search data sets for example because here I could just straight ask something like um let's get a clue here clue here like maybe about uh temperature so are there data sets about um global temperatures in this portal.
00:19:50
João Demenech: Then it's going to open the chat. Um as you can see here, the the AI is aware of what I'm looking at. It knows that I'm currently browsing the homepage. And if I navigate to other pages, uh it's it's going to uh also be aware of that. And yeah, so it answered me saying that there's uh this data set about uh temperatures. So I'm going to click on that and as you can see the chat remains here. So I uh it doesn't really lose the context when I'm navigating around. So it now knows that I'm looking at this data set. Um the user could for example inspect here uh the data and so on. Um yeah I I think there's a problem with my browser now that I not said that with this data set but anyway um so now I could ask questions about the data itself. So let me just um actually download this quickly just so that you can take a look here. Yeah. So we have source year and mean and we it starts on 18 uh 8050 it goes yeah so I could ask for example um how much has the temperature increased since the 1900s.
00:21:18
João Demenech: Yeah, it's now thinking. You see, I don't I don't have to say um I don't have to specify the the data set. It it already knows the metadata for this data set. Um yeah, so it calculated that uh 1.34°. Uh it provided an explanation here and it's suggesting uh would you like to see how warming has changed over different decades or comp compare specific years? Um yeah let's let's try um yes over decades. Yeah. So now it generated this uh table with each of the decades since the 1900s uh based on the data available here. Also generated this chart uh so it's the temperature uh it's considering this the baseline. Okay. your findings. Uh yeah, I could also ask you to explain uh explain how you calculated that so that we can take a look at how it's it's um calculating this this insights. Yeah. So it's it's it's providing me the SQL query that it generated. Uh it's explaining each of these steps. Um, I could also ask, can you generate a sharable report?
00:23:24
João Demenech: Yeah. Um, let's wait a few seconds. Okay, there we go. Yeah. So, uh, the report is here. I can click on that. Um yeah, I generated this this uh report with the um insights that we were looking into and I can share that with anyone. Um I could also ask it to tweak some things and generate the report again. Um yeah, so overall that's that's it. Uh let me know if you have any comments or questions. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Thank you, Joel. Maria Johan, please feel free to clarify anything. Johan Hansen: seems very useful. Alisher Akhmetov: What do we Johan Hansen: Yes, Maria Thernström: Yeah. All of a sudden we can it's yeah it's strong and in a way it's like Johan Hansen: it's strong. Maria Thernström: this will for sure help understanding what the data in the portals can be used for giving example addressing because I think that's one of the Johan Hansen: Yes. Maria Thernström: um uh challenges I mean a lot of students the science and so forth they are more and more looking into open data but people in general or not so much.
00:24:41
Maria Thernström: And I think this is a very helpful way to um make it easier to understand what open data contains or what to speak the Johan Hansen: Can it combine data sets? Maria Thernström: portals. João Demenech: Yes. Um, Johan Hansen: Yeah. João Demenech: so of course since here we're looking at this data set, it's uh just assuming that we we just we're interested just in this data set. But I could ask can you cross it with this other data set because uh in the end it's going to generate a single query. It can contain joins you know. Johan Hansen: Mhm. Yeah. Yeah. João Demenech: Uh so yeah this this could be done. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. And can you ask for a specific format? João Demenech: Sure. Johan Hansen: I want the result in JSON if it's relevant or in João Demenech: Yeah. Um, you could specify that. Johan Hansen: CC. Alisher Akhmetov: Uh Jo, João Demenech: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: can we do now? Uh maybe we can do some checks now. Johan, what would be your question with JSON?
00:25:45
Alisher Akhmetov: Let's test it out João Demenech: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: now. João Demenech: Um maybe about a decades. Um um yeah, Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah, that's João Demenech: let's do it. Johan Hansen: good. João Demenech: Yeah, there we go. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Beautiful. João Demenech: And also just just to flag um this is all customizable. this integration. So it doesn't have to be a flow connection button for example, maybe it could be on the page. Um what you're seeing here, Maria Thernström: Okay. João Demenech: like for example, if you think JSON formatting is is something that would be useful, we could make it suggest uh for example, do you want to download this in JSON format? Uh and so on. So this this is completely customizable. It's not really um yeah. Johan Hansen: Mhm. Yeah. This this fantastic. Maria Thernström: Yeah, impressive. I didn't know what to expect here, Johan Hansen: Yes. Maria Thernström: but uh yeah, impressive. Combining what everybody's talking about now, AI and um data driven and using data.
00:27:09
Maria Thernström: So, a helpful tool. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, just like I mentioned uh in the presentation itself uh we we tried to think what could be its uh you know benefits for the portal owners and uh besides making it useful for the clients. Yeah. For for example, for people like me, just if I imagine myself as a port data portal user, I would have to find a specific data set, download them, you know, open in some external tools, read them, analyze them, you know, combine the decades, you know, multiply and all those things was that and it's all there. And the the second thing is you know we we we really I really try to think about your portal with the team and to us this looks good. Johan Hansen: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: I mean the Malmo portal itself is already quite a good portal and we didn't Johan Hansen: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: really try to find any pain points but uh we tried to think Okay, what could you know elevate to the next level? What would elevate your portal to the next level?
00:28:11
Johan Hansen: Mm-m. Alisher Akhmetov: And of course, I mean embedding an AI tools. So I think it would uh you know make your portal outstanding from uh many others. So this is I mean this was the general logic behind when I was trying to think about your Johan Hansen: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: portal and uh yeah please Yan Maria take your time to think about it. I will share with you the brochures about with you know who's more information so that you can share Johan Hansen: Yeah. Good. Maria Thernström: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: with your colleagues and it has some links with the links you can click Johan Hansen: H Maria Thernström: Yeah. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: and see the query page and uh yeah please sometime next week feel free to come back to us maybe with additional questions and uh then we will be able to you know speak what could be our next steps potentially. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: So please Johan Hansen: Super Maria Thernström: Yeah, Johan Hansen: interesting. Maria Thernström: I mean it's hard to ask questions at this point because it's like okay and the head is
00:29:06
Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Maria Thernström: spinning. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Maria Thernström: So, Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, I Maria Thernström: um it was a very good demo, Alisher Akhmetov: understand. Maria Thernström: very good introduction to what it is and I didn't as I said hard to see what to expect and um now the brain is spinning. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah, I understand. So yeah. So yeah, this was it. Um Jo, Maria Thernström: Very interesting. Alisher Akhmetov: thanks for joining. I Maria Thernström: Um Johan Hansen: No, Alisher Akhmetov: mean Johan Hansen: it it's very helpful because we see in our mmo analytics that people are are like they're searching for Alisher Akhmetov: Mhm. Johan Hansen: things that may be in the data. But it's you you can find it in the data. You can only find the the metadata. Uh this this is actually going into the Maria Thernström: Yeah, Johan Hansen: data. Maria Thernström: it digs into one lower level where the data actually is. Johan Hansen: Yes. Maria Thernström: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Yes. And that is super
00:30:07
Maria Thernström: Mhm. Johan Hansen: useful. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Well, good to hear that. Good to hear. Maria Thernström: If it had been Easter Friday, Alisher Akhmetov: Anybody Maria Thernström: I would say it's like a Easter egg, Alisher Akhmetov: else? Maria Thernström: but this was a late one. We always say like the Easter eggs, it's like a surprise. The kids, they get their candy in that, but this was like a candy or Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Maria Thernström: something. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah. Well, I first time I heard about the idea of Easter eggs from the gaming world. They I it guys, I mean, they love hiding some signals symbols. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: So, this was my first learning about the Easter egg. So, yeah. Well, maybe it's a good sign. I mean, we're just presented and launched the product around the Easter time. Johan Hansen: Yeah, Maria Thernström: Yeah, Johan Hansen: that's Alisher Akhmetov: We can Maria Thernström: thank you. Uh, Johan Hansen: good. Maria Thernström: it was really impressive to see.
00:30:52
Alisher Akhmetov: Sure. Maria Thernström: Um, Johan Hansen: We will talk more about this. Maria Thernström: yeah. Johan Hansen: Yes. Maria Thernström: digest the impression during the weekend and on Monday you we will speak about Osahon Okungbowa: Yan. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Please, please take your time. Maria Thernström: AI and open data appreciate that Alisher Akhmetov: No rush outside, please. Osahon Okungbowa: Yes. Maria Thernström: you wanted to share this with us understanding that we are Johan Hansen: Yes, thank Maria Thernström: um yeah you I think you have understood by the way we have had Johan Hansen: you. Maria Thernström: meetings over these past months both our ambitions with open data and that we try to drive something moving forward hard and um but it is still kind of hard getting it really running as we know in many countries. But it's Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Also home, please. Please. Maria Thernström: good Osahon Okungbowa: Yeah. Um, like everyone has said, this is great. I just want to piggy back off uh something that Johan mentioned because I know that the demo it was in the presentation but I know that the demos are currently just using the data that's on the portal but like you mentioned even with your MOMO analytics so it's another data source right and it could also be wired into the query list that's displayed on the portal so imagine as a user or even as an administrator you could ask the query okay,
00:32:18
Osahon Okungbowa: what are the data sets that people are like mostly searching about and what would be likely questions. So even as a user I could come in and say okay uh what are the three Johan Hansen: Okay. Osahon Okungbowa: highest data sets or what are the questions that people are mostly asking about this data set and then that would be basis for me to begin my own kind of journey and then as an administrator you could write up a report about that we're seeing that people are asking questions about this particular data sets or about this particular area all part from the analytics provided by Mtomo So it's now combining the insights from with the Johan Hansen: Mhm. Osahon Okungbowa: data in your portal and so on. So you could have multiple sources all feeding into that at the same time to make it even Johan Hansen: Yeah. Osahon Okungbowa: more powerful or useful for both yourself and end users as Johan Hansen: Good. Osahon Okungbowa: well. Johan Hansen: Really good. This this is actually an incentive for for our publish publishing uh departments to uh to publish more
00:33:24
Osahon Okungbowa: Exactly Maria Thernström: Yeah. Osahon Okungbowa: 100%. Maria Thernström: To really understand. Yeah. Johan Hansen: data. Maria Thernström: I mean I'm we could speak on forever that but as you said Yuan helpful to the departments understanding what's really their data. what people are interested in and give them ideas what you can do about it even more. It's a kind of storytelling. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Maria Thernström: Um, Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Maria Thernström: thank Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Very very Maria Thernström: you. Alisher Akhmetov: All right. Um well, Johan Hansen: nice. Alisher Akhmetov: thanks everybody for joining and Joel. Thank you very much also for finding a time uh to join us and uh as as promised Maria Thernström: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: I I will share with separate email. Yeah. Maria Thernström: Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: The brush. Maria Thernström: Great. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Maria Thernström: Great. Johan Hansen: M perfect. Alisher Akhmetov: So we'll be happy to hear from you next week and as our as of our you Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: know professional services that we are working on as promised we'll do Q&A of uh Johan Hansen: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: accessibility errors today and uh we will hear hopefully from Michael within the um a very short period of time about the WFS enhancements and we should be good with that Johan Hansen: Yep. Maria Thernström: Yeah, Alisher Akhmetov: too. Maria Thernström: looking forward validation is important. So, Johan Hansen: Yep. Maria Thernström: uh take your time. We know it's coming. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Maria Thernström: So, uh, great. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Maria Thernström: Looking forward to the next step here as well. So, um, thank you. Um, Johan Hansen: Have a nice Maria Thernström: yeah, Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, Maria Thernström: have a nice week and I'll talk to you next week. Johan Hansen: weekend. Alisher Akhmetov: thank you. Yeah, Maria Thernström: Thank you. Alisher Akhmetov: same to you. Have a great weekend. Michael Polidori: Thank you. Johan Hansen: Bye guys. Michael Polidori: Bye. Alisher Akhmetov: Bye-bye.

Alisher Akhmetov: Hey Yan, Johan Hansen: Hello Ali. Alisher Akhmetov: how are you? Johan Hansen: How are you? Alisher Akhmetov: I'm fine, thank you. How are you? Johan Hansen: I'm good. It's Friday. Alisher Akhmetov: It's Friday. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Friday afternoon. What a good time to live in, Johan Hansen: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: huh? Johan Hansen: That's nice speaking with the world on a Friday afternoon. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Johan Hansen: You're you are all over. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, I am. So, can you recognize my background again? Johan Hansen: Yes. Yes. The turning Alisher Akhmetov: I came to Yeah, Johan Hansen: person. Alisher Akhmetov: I came to Malmo and found a very nice place hotel with a view of turning torso. Hey Johan Hansen: You wish. Alisher Akhmetov: Joan, João Demenech: Hello. Johan Hansen: Hello. Alisher Akhmetov: do you remember Jo? Johan Hansen: Yes. Yes. Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: Our dear colleague from Brazil. He's the main guy when talking about queri. Johan Hansen: Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: So he was kind to join us today.
00:02:16
Alisher Akhmetov: Ah let's wait for others to join. How was your week? Johan Hansen: Uh I was ill two days, a bit ill but so I had to work from home. I could work. Alisher Akhmetov: Wow. Johan Hansen: But uh and then I had been uh checking out our um issues like the WMS stuff with the Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Michael and the testing is quite hard to test. Alisher Akhmetov: Yes. Johan Hansen: So very much on that and it looked really good what Michael but Alisher Akhmetov: Ah. Johan Hansen: it there was a limitation problem I guess with the files. So, some kind of um timeout or something. Alisher Akhmetov: Ah yeah yeah Johan Hansen: I don't know. But Michael is on it, I guess. Alisher Akhmetov: yeah yeah I saw your comment and I want to talk about it separately maybe yourself you can Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: elaborate on this what happened why here he like you got a flu or Johan Hansen: Uh first I thought it was just the allergy, Alisher Akhmetov: what Johan Hansen: running ice and nose, but then it's more like uh yeah,
00:03:16
Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: common cold. It was a combo of allergy and a cold, I guess. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Johan Hansen: So, yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Well, Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: it's at this time of the year when people mostly get sick. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Transition from cold to warms. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Morning. William Johan Hansen: Hello. Alisher Akhmetov: picking out some Portuguese. William, you're mute buddy in case you're saying something. Johan, so here I mean I just recently read a u piece of advice uh regarding the weather. So they say that in during uh springtime you shouldn't you know you shouldn't hurry to switch to light clothes because if the cold is still there despite Johan Hansen: No. Alisher Akhmetov: the weather and during the autumn time you shouldn't rush to you know get a warm clothes because your organism should adapt to the cold stronger but it's Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: it's it was interesting to
00:04:25
Johan Hansen: I I'm slowly adapting, but I see teenagers, they are out in in shorts and t-shirts and and it's quite Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, Johan Hansen: cold, so Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: as a teenager you never worry about the health issues and all that. Johan Hansen: No, no, of course. Alisher Akhmetov: Morning Osahan. Michael, Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: how are you? Glad you joined us today. Michael Polidori: Hello. Osahon Okungbowa: Thank you. Johan Hansen: All Osahon Okungbowa: I'm fine. Alisher Akhmetov: All right. Johan Hansen: right. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, good to see you all. Unfortunately, not unfortunately, but for a good reason, Maria is out of the meeting today. Uh she has some very nice family occasion. So, uh it's going to be only Yan on the client side. Johan Hansen: Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: So, let me share my screen. Um it's going to be quite uh busy today. Uh Yan, we want to cover some uh you know both current scope and also you asked very nice questions regarding Quiri. We brainstorm within a team ourselves. But uh traditionally I would like to begin our meeting with a question of the day.
00:05:25
Johan Hansen: Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: So it it is fully voluntarily anybody can answer or you can skip. But if you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be? William Lima: Uh, take it easy. There's tomorrow. Johan Hansen: Exactly. Don't Don't worry. Be happy. Alisher Akhmetov: Don't Don't worry. Be happy. Nice. Nice. Good one. Jo, do you have one for João Demenech: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: yourselves? João Demenech: Um I think stop overthinking and just do things. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Stop overthinking and just doing things. Nice. Nice. William or Michael, would you like to add? All right. So mine would be probably try to obtain good habits for a life as as young as you as possible. Sports, eating habits, reading habits and all that because the older you get, it is extremely hard to obtain new habits. It's I think it's easier to you know support the existing ones but uh learn new ones it's going to be
00:06:36
Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: tough. So that would be my advice to my younger self. But uh thanks for sharing. Always good to know you from the different angles. All right. So, uh, regarding the current scope, um, implementing WFS and WMS functionality. So, Yan, you left a new comment. Um, could you please elaborate on this? So if needed, Johan Hansen: Yeah, Alisher Akhmetov: I can I Johan Hansen: I I suspect some kind of timeout or size problem. Alisher Akhmetov: can Johan Hansen: It it it worked fine until you came on uh geo files that were about five. Yeah, here we have it. And it wasn't just uh the services, Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: it was also the rendering of the preview that I don't know, but it could uh be about size here too because it it's not William Lima: Yeah, you know what? I can come in this uh I think because we now you're now using Johan Hansen: complete. William Lima: WFS service. Uh I I don't know if this if it's the case, but I have to to investigate this, but I it could be that uh WFS services only um only renders like a thousand features per request.
00:07:56
Johan Hansen: Uh-huh. William Lima: So maybe with zoom maybe if you zoom in I believe it should Johan Hansen: Okay. William Lima: uh load more features but I I'll have to yeah because Johan Hansen: Oh, it will fetch. Okay. William Lima: otherwise if you have like uh 10,000 uh features it will try to uh upload load all of them and your browser probably will will crash. But I I'll investigate and and drop an answer on on of the investigation Johan Hansen: Okay. William Lima: on this Johan Hansen: Yeah, but it it worked kind of good in the in the last solution where you used William Lima: soon. Yes, Johan Hansen: um what do you call William Lima: because in the last solution it it just loads the G JSON with whatever features uh it's there. We can use that but we have we would have the problem with the Johan Hansen: Okay. William Lima: bigger big size uh uh Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. You don't know how much will come through the William Lima: the max we can define what what's the maximum number of features that we want to render.
00:08:51
Johan Hansen: service. William Lima: So we can increase that for sure. But there's a a balance between uh big size and browser crashing, you know. Johan Hansen: Okay. So if you assume it you will get everything. William Lima: So Johan Hansen: Uh just be patient. William Lima: yeah. Johan Hansen: Okay. William Lima: Yeah, Johan Hansen: Yeah. William Lima: that's for Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Good. William Lima: sure. Johan Hansen: Good. Alisher Akhmetov: All Johan Hansen: Uh but is it the but uh on the when I Alisher Akhmetov: right. Johan Hansen: tried the the QGIS it there was another behavior. It said uh invalid character or something. Invalid XML character. Yeah, illegal XML character. So, it seemed like to cut in the middle of an XML stream or something. William Lima: I'll check. I I'll It's on the comments. Johan Hansen: You check that as well. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. William Lima: It's on the comments on the same issue. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yep. William Lima: Okay, Johan Hansen: Yes.
00:09:52
William Lima: I'll I'll take a look after our meeting. Johan Hansen: Yes. Perfect. Thank you. William Lima: Good. Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. So, the resolution for this ticket would be William will check. Yeah. All right. Nice. Nice. Thank you. Johan Hansen: Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: And uh moving to the next ticket. Second item was fixing accessibility errors. So uh good job William and everybody involved. So uh Johan as you said we close this as Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. And then it's on on on our side to uh fix a new Alisher Akhmetov: completed. Johan Hansen: audit to and change the the text in the in the accessibility statement because now the the reality is better Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. Johan Hansen: than the statement says. So Alisher Akhmetov: All right. Johan Hansen: yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. Okay. Anyway, I mean, good job, William. Thank you. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Very good. Alisher Akhmetov: And uh we had a few other bugs identified by yourself and Johan and the team is currently working.

Alisher Akhmetov: Um and I hope that next week we will we should come with some good news on Johan Hansen: Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: them. Johan Hansen: H Alisher Akhmetov: All right. Then uh from switches from I would like to switch from uh you know current scope Johan Hansen: perfect. Alisher Akhmetov: to queryless AI thing. Um first of all I mean Johan Maria it was a yeah bar is not there but anyway it was a very nice and uh productive meeting last week. So uh I mean overall your comments your questions they help us understand the product better make it better and uh we we we're happy to customize it for you. So as of the last meeting we identified two key areas that we wanted to discuss. Yeah. So first one of was the concern regarding cost management for high volume usage scenarios. So uh what if one person will you know request either high you know I know something that takes a lot of calculation or many requests or what if huge amount of people will you Johan Hansen: jump.
00:11:49
Alisher Akhmetov: know join the you know open the portal and ask questions simultaneously. Overall we try to identify uh what could we do potentially. Johan Hansen: Hey Alisher Akhmetov: So I I will just name these things and I will let Jo elaborate on this. So obviously we're we're seeing two um solutions for this. So first we could introduce rate limiting based on a messages per session. So which means that uh each user or get some sort of a you know limit on using the queries AI within your portal and once they hit that limit so they will be temporarily blocked. So uh something like similar you can observe when using chart GPT right. So when you ask numerous questions on a a particular matter or when you use it for a long period of time I mean one time so it will kindly friendly give you a reminder. Yeah. So you can come back to this question in five hours six hours. So we could think of a solution like that. Uh and the second one is um handling anonymous users since users might not log in. So we understand that not every user of Malma portal is the one that you know logs with sign in single sign on or his login and you know all other credentials.
00:13:05
Alisher Akhmetov: So some people might just come as an anonymous user. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Most most people just come in. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: So yeah so our our system basically tracks them via unique sessions you know they use cookies session ids and all that and these same limitations can be applied uh for this for this user as well. So those applications above they're not only for you know the ones that register but also for anonymous users. So uh we're thinking of such a I mean we discussed such measures. Um Joel maybe you would like to elaborate on this. João Demenech: Yeah. No, I I think I think you're you're clear. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. So so yeah we could we're thinking about such a solution. Uh, Johan, what do you Johan Hansen: Yes. Yeah. You got to be able to to to block it somehow because you you can get Alisher Akhmetov: think? Johan Hansen: attacks as well. I guess that you must uh stop so they don't run a mock and just continue uh with the costs.
00:14:10
Johan Hansen: Uh yeah, Alisher Akhmetov: attacks me. Johan Hansen: I think it's a general problem with uh with the AI with with Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. Yeah. Johan Hansen: u so we have to find some way to limit the Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: usage. Yes. Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. Johan Hansen: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. By attacks you mean something like bot type of attacks when the many users simultaneously start using it? Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Someone want to sabotage something. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Well, Johan Hansen: Yeah. and misuse things. Alisher Akhmetov: uh Johan Hansen: People tend to misuse things if it's possible. They can just behave. Alisher Akhmetov: yeah. Yeah. Johan Hansen: It's It's sad, Alisher Akhmetov: We discussed that scenario here too. Johan Hansen: but Alisher Akhmetov: It is applicable for such scenario too. Johan Hansen: uh Alisher Akhmetov: So if both type of you know attacks occur so it they can be blocked. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah.
00:14:58
Alisher Akhmetov: All right. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: And the second uh thing was I mean Mario was Osahon Okungbowa: Sorry, Alisher Akhmetov: curious. Osahon Okungbowa: Dominic put up his hand. João Demenech: Yeah. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Oh please please Joe I did not get the notification. João Demenech: Yeah. So just to expand on that um I think we can do some sort of anomaly detection using uh what we have available in our uh infrastructure. And secondly, um I think we could consider if if this if this is uh a real threat, we could consider uh requiring requiring a email uh address for example so that the user can uh use the AI feature. Not not necessarily creating a full account but you have to provide an email address. Johan Hansen: No, no, no. João Demenech: Yeah. So I think there are plenty plenty of ways that we can mitigate this risk, Johan Hansen: Yeah, yeah, João Demenech: right? Johan Hansen: yeah. Exactly. They they must identify themselves if they want to use this feature. Yeah, that sounds quite good.
00:16:01
João Demenech: Yeah. Johan Hansen: Mhm. João Demenech: Or maybe even we give very low limits to anonymous users and then if they want to use Johan Hansen: Mhm. João Demenech: it further then they Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Something like that. João Demenech: can Johan Hansen: Because they want to be anonymous when they try it out and then perhaps they want to subscribe or something. João Demenech: Yeah, Johan Hansen: Yeah. João Demenech: exactly. Move it. Alisher Akhmetov: Mhm. All right. Johan Hansen: Yes. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. And the second question was um you were curious in general what would be the cost of implementing queri in this portal. So, and um based on the team answer, Johan Hansen: Huh? Alisher Akhmetov: so um the one-time payment would be €2,000, which would include integration, configuration, and tuning the Quer EI for Melon portal and uh production. Johan Hansen: Huh? Huh? Alisher Akhmetov: And then the the of course we're thinking about uh subscription models which would which are very flexible and depending on each portal's needs.
00:16:58
Alisher Akhmetov: So, uh I mean you can you can choose whatever model fits you. So uh so far we have developed three uh subscription models tires uh you know the launch which is uh you can see the price which includes 50,000 questions and answers a monthly around 100 and 1,600 questions and answers a day. So and uh secondly this would be the starting uh you know uh model and then Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: of course we propose to sign up for a average model which is recommended model growth. Johan Hansen: Mhm. Alisher Akhmetov: So uh 150,000 uh you know tokens monthly and the and there's obviously a large scale uh model I mean and I believe this is not a limit so but depending on the you know on on the usage of it so uh what do what do exactly these numbers mean? up. Yeah, please roll. João Demenech: Yeah, just just a quick small correction. Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. João Demenech: So, we are actually not pricing by tokens but by messages. So, regardless of the uh tokens in that message,
00:18:05
Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. João Demenech: we're considering it the same same price. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah. And uh so let me come back to some other details of it. Yeah. So uh one AI answer is one response generated by the chat. So uh you can see that I mean multiplying these numbers and uh you know usage is overall includes portal level. So you know every every user in the portal is included to this number and of course if somehow a portal exceeds the agreed number as per the the tire. So the ex extra additional 10,000 AI answers are going to cost uh 100 euro. So but overall there is no hard stop for this thing. So, and also uh Johan, we received your email. Thank you. It was very uh informative regarding your monthly usages. You said that based on the last month's activity, you're using you're seeing that 400 and 400 around Yeah. Johan Hansen: Yeah. 400 something. Yeah. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: 400 something users per months.
00:19:14
Alisher Akhmetov: So, uh we could probably la you know start with the launch tire or something like I don't know Johan Hansen: M. Alisher Akhmetov: three four months and see how it goes. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: So because maybe since you introduced queries AI the use I mean user experience will change and Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: people start asking more and more questions. So I mean but overall maybe launching with starting with the launch model would would be a good start for next three four months or it's up to you. I mean I'm here to open to any questions and Jo would you like to add anything here? Maybe also home João Demenech: No, so far I think you're you're clear. Johan Hansen: Mhm. I think we will need another meeting with Maria and you also and uh someone else to discuss after we have Alisher Akhmetov: Mhm. Johan Hansen: uh uh checked in our organizations the the policies and so forth. Alisher Akhmetov: Sure. Sure. Johan Hansen: Then then I think we uh just to get Maria on board Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah.
00:20:18
Johan Hansen: with this. Alisher Akhmetov: Absolutely. Johan Hansen: But but this I I will uh point it point uh this week's agenda to her so she can check it early early next Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. Johan Hansen: week. So and we will for sure discuss it on Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Yeah. Johan Hansen: Monday. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Maria is coming on 27th of uh April on Johan Hansen: I I think she will be back on Monday. Alisher Akhmetov: Monday. Yeah. She's been on Monday. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: All right. So, I could send you a formal email with all this information. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. That that's okay as well. Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: So that you could uh review and maybe just not to put this question into the back Johan Hansen: Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: burner, maybe we could meet someday on Tuesday or you think or Wednesday. What do you think? Johan Hansen: I don't know. It's It's uh up to Maria, I guess. Yeah. But uh for me it's
00:21:04
Alisher Akhmetov: Okay. All right. Okay. Okay. Johan Hansen: okay. Alisher Akhmetov: Um yeah. So yeah, these were the main things that I want to discuss. But uh regarding the content wise and the functionality, Johan, is there anything you would like to discuss or ask questions or Johan Hansen: No, it looked good when I tested it. It of course it would help if we could uh show others in Alisher Akhmetov: maybe Johan Hansen: Malma uh on our own data. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, Johan Hansen: Yeah, Alisher Akhmetov: I remember Maria mentioning statistics. Johan Hansen: that that would be very helpful. Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah. Okay. Johan Hansen: Yeah, Alisher Akhmetov: Do you need anything from us uh to demo to other colleagues? Maybe I could join the call or de demo it Johan Hansen: I don't know. Alisher Akhmetov: myself. Johan Hansen: I had to discuss with Maria how we should set up such a Alisher Akhmetov: All right. Okay. Oahon. Yeah, Johan Hansen: thing. Osahon Okungbowa: Yeah. That's what I was thinking. Um,
00:21:54
Alisher Akhmetov: please. Osahon Okungbowa: if you have two or three particular data sets on the Mammo uh, open data portal that you're happy with and you want to showcase, we could uh, copy over those data sets to the demo site where the AI already exists and then Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. M Osahon Okungbowa: you could use those data sets for your demo. I think that would be very minimal effort. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Osahon Okungbowa: So if that would help further the discussions then you just let Alicia know and I'm sure Dominic can make Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Osahon Okungbowa: it happen uh in a very short space of Johan Hansen: Yes. I will add that to I meet Marie on Monday morning. Osahon Okungbowa: time. Johan Hansen: I will add this to the agenda. Which data sets for for a demo? Osahon Okungbowa: Great. Johan Hansen: Which three or four data sets for a demo queryless demo? Yeah. Alisher Akhmetov: Mhm. Okay. Please feel free to send them with me. Share it. I can share it with Jo. Johan Hansen: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. We Alisher Akhmetov: Yeah, I I'll stay in touch with that. All right. Johan Hansen: will Alisher Akhmetov: Is there any questions from anybody guys? Post agenda discussion. Maybe something that I missed. Michael William. No. All right then. Traditionally, Johan Hansen: nope. Alisher Akhmetov: wishing everybody a good weekend ahead. See you next week. Yan. I'll be in touch with you. Johan Hansen: Yep. Yep. Alisher Akhmetov: Thanks for joining. Osahon Okungbowa: Thanks everyone. Johan Hansen: Have a nice weekend. Alisher Akhmetov: Thanks everyone for joining. Osahon Okungbowa: Bye. João Demenech: Thank you. William Lima: Thank you. Alisher Akhmetov: Bye. João Demenech: Wait. Johan Hansen: Bye. William Lima: Bye. Michael Polidori: Thank you.
