Anchor Moments — Monthly Operating Process v1.0

This is the reference document for the Anchor Moments process. Execution and review are tracked in leadlinks issue 41.

Overview

The Anchor Moments process runs on a monthly cadence. Each month, every product line — PortalJS Cloud, Flowershow, DataHub, and Datopian Services — commits to one clearly defined marketing focus: the anchor moment. This process ensures that focus is agreed, tracked, and reviewed consistently.

The process has three recurring touchpoints per month. All touchpoints involve the same core group: Anuar Ustayev, Ola, and Yoana Popova. Calendar invites are created and maintained for all three.

Touchpoint 1 — Monthly Anchor Planning

When: End of the current month (planning for the following month) Format: Innovation Team Sync call, or async via the brief template if a live sync is not possible Participants: Anu, Ola, Yoana

Purpose: Agree on the anchor moment for each product for the coming month. One focus per product — the single most important thing to communicate.

Output: Anchor moments confirmed and logged in the anchor moments log.

Touchpoint 2 — Mid-Month Progress Check

When: Mid-month Format: Innovation Team Sync call, or async if all is on track Participants: Anu, Ola, Yoana

Purpose: Confirm that content is in production and on track. Surface blockers early. Adjust if needed.

Output: Brief status note. No formal document required unless something needs to change.

Touchpoint 3 — End-of-Month Review

When: End of month Format: Innovation Team Sync call Participants: Anu, Ola, Yoana

Purpose: Did the anchor moment ship as planned? What worked, what did not? Are any adjustments needed for the next cycle?

Output: Log updated in the anchor moments log. Any process changes noted for v1.1.
